Originally from Texas, Dave “Flap” Oxford, the new owner of the Lost Village Road House Saloon, is no stranger to the Carbon County community. And Jimmy Howard, his new manager is no stranger either but a welcomed, past Lost Village Saloon owner for 15 years (1999-2014). Dave lived in Red Lodge, MT for 20 years and had several businesses you may have known of such as “Common Man Tours” a partnership with Jimmy Howard in the 80’s & 90’s, taking concert goers from Montana to Denver and “Soot Happens” a chimney cleaning service after which he headed back to Texas to ride the oil boom.
